The front door to the pathway database. No git, no local clone.

Log in with GitHub Sign in with your GitHub account to submit or review. GitHub will then ask you to allow access to your public repositories. It offers no smaller option, and this site only uses it to submit the pathway you upload.

  • Upload your GPML

    Any .gpml file, new pathway or edit.

  • It becomes a pull request

    Filed where the database expects it, attributed to you.

  • Curators review and accept

    They see the drawn pathway and a checklist, not raw XML. The database then assigns the WPID and publishes it.
